TurnPlus Electric swivel seats are operated via a remote control or a phone app. It is operated via a 3-button hand-control. Press "IN" to rotate the seat into the vehicle and press "OUT" to rotate the seats front towards the door opening. There is an emergency button which can be used to pause the swivelling in case of any emergency

No, the electric swivel seat should only be operated when the vehicle is stationary.
